Open Houses in our option are just that, Open to Anyone who wants to walk thru, ask unrelated Questions, and eat the cookies. Many are not prepared to, or even Qualify for the Purchase of your Home.
Our Policy is "To Focus on the Sale of You Home," Not to give Free Guided Tours of Your Home to someone who happens to be in the Neighborhood looking for a Cup of Coffee. However, should you feel Open Houses are beneficial, You may have as many as you like. We can provide Open House Signs, Advise on Advertising, Supply Flyers, Sign-in-Sheets and we'll do the follow-up.
